We collect your email address and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details). We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

Your data is used to provide the SignalHunter service, send service-related emails (account, billing), and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing is based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for account and billing data, and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for product improvement analytics.
5. Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 7 years for legal/fiscal obligations under Dutch law. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. Contact us at hello@signalhunter.io to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP).
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (anonymised) to understand usage. No advertising cookies are placed.
