1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SignalHunter you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
SignalHunter provides financial information aggregation and alpha scoring services for informational and educational purposes only. The service monitors public sources including SEC EDGAR filings, news wires, and regulatory disclosures.
3. No investment advice
IMPORTANT: SignalHunter does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other regulated financial service. Nothing on this platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. SignalHunter is not registered with the Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) and is not regulated under MiFID II. All investment decisions are yours alone and are made at your own risk.
4. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: reverse engineer or scrape the platform; share your account credentials; use the service to manipulate markets; redistribute data obtained from the platform in commercial products.
6. Data accuracy
SignalHunter aggregates data from third-party sources. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranty that information is complete, accurate, or up to date. Always verify data independently before acting on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, SignalHunter and its operators shall not be liable for any investment losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous three months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
